We are excited to recognize Olivia O'Connell as our Staff of the Month for April! Olivia, an assistant teacher in our preschool at Lititz Campus and after-school care program at Doe Run Elementary, consistently brings a kind and loving presence to our classrooms, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every child. She has a wonderful ability to connect with children of all ages- from our ELC classrooms to school-age care- building strong, meaningful relationships. Olivia is also clear and direct in her communication, helping to create consistency and trust with both children and colleagues. We are so grateful for the positivity, dedication, and care she brings to our team each day!
