LC prayer request
Please pray for our meeting with the civil engineers this Thursday. Pray that all requirements will be satisfied and that we will be able to move forward with the next step in the zoning process. We are grateful for your continued prayers and trust God to guide each step of this project.
PTF Fall Mum sale
The Parent Teacher Fellowship (PFT) at Lititz Christian School is selling mums to raise funds to support the faculty and staff at LC!
Let's be honest...it's fall, which means it's almost time to put those beautiful mums on the front porch! If you're already planning to buy mums for your home this fall, why not purchase them through LC and support our faculty and staff while you're at it?
Each mum is just $10, making it an easy way to add some fall color to your home while giving back to our LC community.

MANHEIM FARM SHOW PARADE
Wednesday, October 7, 2026 from 5:00–9:00 PM
Lititz Christian School will be participating in the Manheim Farm Show Parade again, and we would love for our students and families to join us!
Our theme this year is "Rooted in Christ", and students of all ages are encouraged to dress up as a gardener or farmer! If your student would prefer not to dress up, they are welcome to wear Lititz Christian school spirit wear instead.
Staging & Drop-Off
- Students and families participating in the parade should report to the staging area between 5:00–6:15 PM. Please arrive no later than 6:15 PM.
- Our exact staging location will be communicated on the day of the event. It will be in the vicinity of Doe Run Road and West End Drive. Last year, parents parked in the Weis Markets parking lot and walked across Doe Run Road to our float.
Parade
- The parade starts promptly at 7:00 PM.
- After the parade, the float will return to the Weis Markets parking lot. Parents, please plan to meet us there for pick-up at approximately 9:00 PM. We will send a parent alert out when we are close to Weis Markets.
Permission Slip Required
We must have a signed permission slip for every student participating in the parade.

There are several ways for the whole family to get involved!
Help Provide Candy
We will be handing out fruit snacks along the parade route! You can help provide these treats by purchasing items through our Farm Show Parade Amazon Wish List.
Help Decorate the Float
Come help us decorate the float on Wednesday, October 7, beginning at 9:00 AM! If you are available to help, please email maegan.jones@lcstaff.net.
Walk With Us!
We encourage families to make this a family event and walk alongside us in the parade! When completing the Parade Permission Slip, be sure to check “I am willing to walk with my student(s) in the parade.”

Harvest Fest is one of our favorite LC traditions! It is a special opportunity for our families, staff, alumni, and community to come together for a day of fun, fellowship, food, and generosity.We look forward to celebrating all that God is doing through Lititz Christian School and the students and families we have the privilege of serving.
CHICKEN BBQ MEALS
Our delicious Harvest Fest Chicken BBQ Meals are now available to purchase!
Each $14 meal includes:
- ½ BBQ chicken
- Bag of chips
- Cup of applesauc
- eDinner roll
- Bottled water

Front of the Lititz Christian School - Main Campus
As part of our Harvest Fest fundraiser, each LC family is asked to sell 10 Chicken BBQ Meals. Each family will receive 10 meal tickets to share with family, friends, neighbors, and others in our community. A packet will come home with your youngest child on Wednesday, September 16. The packet will include 10 Chicken BBQ tickets, an instruction sheet, and a manilla envelope to collect any cash or checks in as well as unsold Chicken BBQ tickets. If your family is unable to sell all 10 meals, any unsold tickets must be returned to Lititz Christian School. Additional meals may also be purchased if your family would like to sell more than 10! Please contact myself at maegan.jones@lcstaff.net if you are in need of more tickets.
Pre-orders and payments as well as unsold Chicken BBQ tickets are due by Monday, October 5.
